Delivery Cost
Delivery is free across Australia, with no minimum order value.
We currently ship within Australia only. We do not ship internationally.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 5 to 12 business days, depending on your location. Regional and remote areas may take longer.
Total estimated time from order to delivery: approximately 6 to 15 business days.
Delivery times are estimates. They may be affected by courier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can also track your order using the Track My Order page on our website.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at support@bulkcleaningsupplies.com.au and we will follow it up for you.
Where We Ship From
Orders are dispatched from our Australian supply partners. Depending on the items you order and current stock levels, your order may arrive in more than one delivery, at no extra cost to you.
Incorrect Addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at no additional charge.
Damaged or Missing Deliveries
If your parcel arrives damaged, or your tracking shows delivered but nothing has arrived, contact us within a reasonable time and we will investigate and make it right.
