Refund policy
At Bulk Cleaning Supplies, we want you to be happy with your purchase.
Nothing in this policy takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
30-Day Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery.
To be accepted, the item must be:
- unused
- in its original packaging
- returned with proof of purchase
For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return postage.
Once we receive and check the item, we will refund you to your original payment method.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order when it arrives.
If your item is faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrect, or not as described, contact us as soon as you can.
We may ask for your order number and photos or videos.
In these cases WE pay the return postage.
Depending on the problem, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product has a major problem, you may choose a replacement or a refund.
How to Start a Return
Please contact us BEFORE sending anything back, so we can give you the return address.
Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.
Email us with:
- your full name
- your order number
- the product name
- what the problem is
- photos or video if relevant
Refunds
Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process it, plus your bank's own processing time.
Order Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel.
If the order has already been packed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
