Bulk Cleaning Supplies is an online retailer of home, office and commercial cleaning products, operating in Australia.
2. Eligibility

We take care to describe our products accurately. Product images are provided as a guide. Minor variations in colour, packaging or appearance may occur.
Product availability is not guaranteed. If a product becomes unavailable after you order it, we will contact you and offer a replacement, a backorder, or a full refund.
4. Pricing
All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we will contact you before dispatch. You may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Always test on a small, hidden area where appropriate. Do not mix cleaning chemicals unless the product directions specifically state that it is safe. Keep cleaning products out of reach of children and pets.
11. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees.
To the extent permitted by law, and other than as required by the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to replacing the product, supplying an equivalent product, repairing the product, or refunding the price paid.
